Adjustable Ability Cooldowns

Description
This mod adds sliders in the mod setting menu to adjust the abilities cooldowns and rituals cooldowns.

This is my first RimWorld mod, doesn't come with much but I do plan to add some things:
  • Sliders for Biotech abilities.Done
  • Sliders for Anomaly abilities and rituals.Done
  • Sliders for Alpha Genes abilities.Done
  • Sliders for VFE Tribals rituals.Done
  • Sliders for VIE-Memes and Structures abilities.Done

Configuration:
  • Ideology Rituals
    Ritual penalty percentage from 0% to 100%.
    Every ritual has a Quality, expressed as a percentage, associated with it.
    When your ritual has quality percentage of 50% but it has been performed recently then the penalty percentage will be aducted from the quality percentage.

    Ritual cooldown from 0 to 20 days.

  • Idiology Ability cooldown.
    Use ablilities separately from each other

  • Biotech Ability cooldown.
    Some Abilities have cooldowns of Days, Hours and Seconds.

  • Anomaly Ritual coowdown and Ability cooldown.
    Psychic Rituals cooldown from 0 to 60 days.
    Some Abilities have cooldowns of Days, Hours and Seconds.

Via the ingame Options, Mod Options you can tweak those values.

Custom Ritual Framework
Place Adjustable Ritual Cooldowns above Custom Ritual Framework in your loadorder for my settings to work on mods made for Custom Ritual Framework.

FAQ:

Q: Can I add it to an existing save?
A: Yes, I havent found any problems.

Q: Where should this mod be placed in the mod load order queue?
A: Anywhere under Ideology.

Q: Does this work without Ideology?
A: Nope.

Q: Does this work with Combat Extended?
A: Tested a little and it worked but im not sure.

Q: Compatible with VE?
A: Working if u put this above VE. Tested by Wojtazonix

Q: Non-Steam download?

Yes. The settings all say the values as they are supposed to be, but none of them are working for me. I've both hit apply all settings and apply for each "Biotech" tab etc. I'm running most Vanilla Expanded mods, but I made sure to run this mod above that, but it didn't change anything. It also worked back in 1.4 (I haven't added any more mods for 1.6, but I'm running less mods cause they all haven't updated), so my modlist hasn't really changed since then.

I will say the menu ui looks bugged on my end, the sliders has numbers being cut off, but I don't know if its related to them not working at all..

I'm not sure why its not working for me at all. I've placed it essentially on top of the load order (Under all important ones mind you), but its not reducing the cooldowns of anything at all. My resurrect is 2 years cooldown, and my convert it back to 3 days, any idea what I could do?

Umm either alpha memes or another meme mod lol. Figured out how to edit it in notepad so not a huge deal :D

@VitaKanien hey that was actually me that made that post on reddit! I did find a mod that helped me queue bloodfeed multiple times, though it takes a bit of tweaking to get it setup. The mod was called Charged Abilities!

Is there a way for it to be queued up on multiple downed enemies in a row?
