Configurable Neural Supercharger

Description
You need to restart the game for the changes to take effect.

Someone wanted the Neural Supercharger to be faster, so I made it faster, twice as fast to be exact.

Also has settings to customise the cooldown & power cost.

Every 2500 ticks is an hour ingame.
Default cooldown is 24h = 60000 ticks.

You need to restart the game for the changes to take effect.

Change the settings in the More Mod Settings menu.

I have the same issue as https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561198832580887 - I've just installed XML extensions and this mod, and I've deconstructed my existing superchargers, then changed the mod settings, saved the game, then rebooted the game - and the settings are unchanged.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong or is this a bug? Happy to provide logs.

I've tested this on 1.5 (with my old configs, just enabled the mod in the mod manager). Works just fine.

Seems as though changing the settings for the mod doesn't actually change anything. I restarted the game and everything. Nothing matters. It cuts the time in half, but changing the values of either the charge time or power cost doesn't actually change the superchargers. I also went into dev mod and removed the old superchargers and replaced them with new ones... no change.

It does apply to existing ones, just doesn't update ongoing recharge timers.

After introducing the mod on and existing save game I can confirm that the mod still works and the settings correctly apply after restarting the game, however existing neural chargers' recharge time did not change - I had to build new ones.
Now I didn't wait long enough to see if the old charger would have changed their recharge time after fully charging once. I suspect when changing the settings, existing chargers will only update their recharge time after the current recharge has finished.

I've just tested the mod and seems to work fine? Are you guys restarting the game after changing the settings?
