Description
Who says machine empires can't be pretty? Why must your entertainer droids be ugly?

This mod adds the human and humanoid portraits from SE - Human - Modest and SE - Humanoid to the machine and robot species classes, respecting any submods. No existing portraits are altered.

Portraits come in mixed gender (indeterminable equivalent, first set of 7), gynoid (female equivalent, second set of 7) and android (male equivalent, last set of 7) flavours.

Clothing options will be addressed in a separate mod.

UI Overhaul Dynamic is recommended but not required, but you won't be able to see the androids and gynoids if you don't have it.

In short, never, until original SE gets fixed (which is also more or less never).

However, the version of this that applies to SE - Restyled has been updated for 3.12.

Any idea when this will be fixed? I would like to play the new ascension paths without having my species look like clankers.

Tracked it down, was a typo in the Large submod, fixed.

I can confirm, cause is not immediately obvious so I'll take a bit of time investigating.

For disabling, you'd have to use non_randomized_portraits = {} in the species class, if you want to make a little one-file submod to replace the species class file in this mod.

Also one question:

Can i disable these portraits for AI-generated empires?

So these don't show up for e.g. the Machine Fallen Empire

Hi, so i got every SE - Restyled and Plus working according to your load order list.

Now i added this mod, and the "Humanoid Machines - Restyled Large" patch afterwards at the bottom. Assuming that it doesn't require the actual "SE - Human" mod, but your repacked modlist.

There is one empty Machine species portrait in the species creation.
