このアドオンはPowerful Defeated Factionで追加された敗残兵（ホーリーネーション以外の）が義肢をランダムで装備するようになります。
最上級である野武士エリートとバンザイは傑作より1ランク上の義肢を、中級の敵は高品質より少し強い（表記上では熟練）義肢を装備するようになります（それ以外の一部の敵も品質が低めの義肢を装備しています）。
当然ながら義肢による能力補正分敵が強くなるので導入の際は注意が必要です。
なお、導入の際には更に「Security Spider Arm Limbs」が必要です。
