Feature like toggeable custom weather should be part of their mod, I will not spend time for that.
I will take a look to see if only the version tag need to be updated or not, and eventualy do one last update.
It would be possible to use regrowth weather and keep the same ratio of clear, wind, foggy, rainy weather ; but the regrowth weathers themself are not balanced, and the other mod was not released yet so I choosed the easy way for my patch ^^
Regrowth are great for the art, but poor in the game design and coding (currently using 5 patchs for them...)
Usually I'm all for new visuals and added "spice", but the "incidents" are way too frequent and frustrating, even with another mod that already tones down the original mod. Everything slows down to a crawl except under clear sun, snipers have basically become useless 50% of the time, unfavourable weather events last way too long even in biomes considered as "temperate", etc.
I will go with your mod in my next run for sure. Thank you for creating and sharing it with us.
