Bots operate fabricators

Important! Please read!

Installing this mod requires to manually replace the Barotrauma.dll and DedicatedServer.dll in your Barotrauma installation directory (Steam\steamapps\common\Barotrauma) with the files coming with the mod (Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\602960\2592748017\<OperatingSystem>\Barotrauma).

I recommend to make backups of the original files. To uninstall this mod you have to manually restore these files from your backup or restore the game files via steam.

You still have to activate the mod as a content package in the barotrauma settings.

The mod also comes with dll files compiled for the Lua For Barotrauma mod for Barotrauma. If you use this mod please use those dlls instead (Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\602960\2592748017\<OperatingSystem>\LuaForBarotrauma). This variant is not thoroughly tested and any feedback is welcome.

For those who are interested, the mod comes with a file containing the changes made to the source code.

This mod is compiled for version v1.0.8.0.


What this mod does:

• Adds an "Operate Fabricator" order to the orders radial menu. The AI behind this order is relatively simple. The bot goes to the fabricator and repeatedly crafts the item currently selected in the fabricator gui. It announces in the radio chat if he crafts something, if there is nothing to craft or if there are not enough raw materials to craft.
  
• The player still must put the required materials in the fabricator, a linked container or the bots inventory and select the item to craft. The bot does not choose autonomously what to craft.
  
• The bot or the player can start a craft even when the output slot is full. Excess items are dropped to the ground.
  
• It is possible to put a storage container or another item with inventory slots into the fabricators output slot. Fabricated items are put into the container before being dropped to the ground.

Known issues:

• Currently the context radial orders menu (shift middle mouse button) does not work properly with the operate fabricator order. Please use the regular middle mouse button radial orders menu or a characters radial orders menu instead.
  
• Translations are only provided for English, German, French and Chinese. Adding your own translations should be trivial.
