Description
A ridiculously simple mod that raises the movement cost of frozen lakes so units path around them, yet not so high as to make them impassable. No more drowning! Seriously, why has no one done this yet? It's literally two* lines.

9/7/21 Alright, so turns out there were two different IDs for lakes. Dealt with.

This is actually a great idea, I wonder if it would reduce the amount of stupid units that drown as well.
