So I didn't realize there were two different lake tiles with different ids. Guess it's not so simple after all.

Frozen Lake terrain ID changed from 133 to 132.

A really simple mod that changes frozen lakes movement cost to encourage units to pathfind around them. It's literally two lines. Why has no one made this yet?

If demand for it is popular, I'll make one for rivers. That would be a separate mod, as crossing rivers is important and can make an actual difference in travel time, unlike lakes.
