[Broken] [WotC] Volunteer Army Appearance Fix

Description
Features
Did you know the Volunteer Army units were meant to have the same appearance as the Civilian Militia? If you look through the config files, you can see the lines assigning the outfit to them, but because of how the unit is set up they don't work.

This mod fixes that. No more random rookie look: Volunteer Militia get to share Haven Militia's ragtag style.

It also exposes the loadouts of the Volunteer Army units to .ini editing, so you can reconfigure them to use whatever gear want.

Compatibility
This should be compatible with anything that doesn't change the loadout of Volunteer Army units.

It says broken in the title, does that mean this does not work anymore?

Okay, i tried adding different armor and it still show up as base kevlar.
Still, it is a usefull mod because it allows to edit their loadout, so I hope it wont be deleted.

Since this mod opens up their inventory, i added dlc day 0 armor into it. Havent had a mission with volunteer army yet, i ll write here if there ll be any effect.

What if one created a new armor type that only had the customization options of the Resistance (aka a boot-leg version of the pre order DLC armor) and gave it to them via loadout? Would that work? Or would it be overridden and be given Kevlar armor anyways?

It worked in all the testing modes, but I discovered the main campaign has some code buried in it that literally forces them back to Kevlar. It's also not trivally overridden, so this mod has been unlisted for some time. I'd have taken it down, but that would forcibly unsub everyone and break every ongoing campaign with it in.

This mod doesnt change their look for me and I do use it along with Covert infiltration. Do I need to do some manual edits for it to work as intended?

You could use Weapon Skin Replacer if you just want to change the appearances.

Other thing, id like to give them TLP assault rifle and cannon, but those weapons have attachments and different status.

It might be a silly question, does the mod do something by himself or i need to edit/choose their loadout?

I've had those two issues crop up too. Both mods work perfectly in skirmish, but sometimes they mess up and don't visualise properly in a campaign. I'm still trying to find out why.
