Ultimate Bandits

Description
I was aksed to create this mod by a commenter on my Ultimate Dragons Mod.
What this mod does:
Makes bandits a lot more tough than they used to be.
Yes that's right, now your level 85 character isn't safe from those once measly and pesky bandits.
They will kill you If you are not careful.

WARNING: Reccomended for characters OVER level 80.
Note: If you find any bugs whatsoever or have any suggestions, let me know! I am open to feedback

@Chi_Rho_Kin Based on what I can remember about modding this game, I don't see why it wouldn't be. It might not affect the dragonborn bandit equivalents though.

I made this in middle school though so take this with a grain of salt.

@ DragonFire I picked my name from the Nicholas Flammel book series.
@ Grathagis it is for all levels
@ The Lunar-Eclipes They deal more damage and have higher health

lol I am level 108 my mod allows you to level passed 100 I had to make special enemies that level pass 100 as well,if you set start level to 0 and calc to 0 enemies will level with player do the same for the player start 0 and calc 0 I think you have to start a new game to change player level cap no sure thou.I made some Elite Stormcloak Archers with all archery perks disarm shout and unrelenting force shout they are deadly on the novice setting even when you are level 108.Try my Conquest of Skyrim Skimish at Riverwood might give you some help in making new tougher enemies.There are 20 at the south gate and 20 at the north bridge approach with caution.Hope this helps.

@Darconis You get to lvl 85 by increasing skills, and this is a mod. As it modifies the game.
