@Chi_Rho_Kin Based on what I can remember about modding this game, I don't see why it wouldn't be. It might not affect the dragonborn bandit equivalents though.

I made this in middle school though so take this with a grain of salt.

lol I am level 108 my mod allows you to level passed 100 I had to make special enemies that level pass 100 as well,if you set start level to 0 and calc to 0 enemies will level with player do the same for the player start 0 and calc 0 I think you have to start a new game to change player level cap no sure thou.I made some Elite Stormcloak Archers with all archery perks disarm shout and unrelenting force shout they are deadly on the novice setting even when you are level 108.Try my Conquest of Skyrim Skimish at Riverwood might give you some help in making new tougher enemies.There are 20 at the south gate and 20 at the north bridge approach with caution.Hope this helps.

@Darconis You get to lvl 85 by increasing skills, and this is a mod. As it modifies the game.

Are the bandits leveled to one's character or will a low level character encounter these bandits too ?

Or you jsut play on Legendary difficulty and a chieftain normal attack takes 80% of your HP...

Great Idea and great mod no more sleepy bandit fights.
