Makes the fences from vanilla and VFE Architect impassable (except the Low Fence).

Config error in Fence: impassable, player-buildable building that can be shot/seen over.

[Update Note] I deleted most of my old mods from the workshop, as I don't plan on updating them anymore. There's a link on my profile if you want to take them over. The other mods in the workshop will all be updated to 1.5. Please be patient.

This breaks the fencepost torches from Simple Utilities: Wall, fwiw. It is otherwise a fabulous mod.
