Buildable Generic Monuments Unlimited

Description
Removes cap of 1 monument per country.
Makes all generic monuments moveable.

To prevent some issues (you can't have 2 monuments simultaneously constructing in one (same) province) all monuments now spawn in random provinces which don't have monument in construction already (upgrades also counts as construction probably) and have owner's culture or accepted culture

Made this because somebody suggested it.

You need main mod for for this to work.

@Waruiko Monument locks up right after somebody first chooses it in the selection menu and there is several ways how construction can be disrupted, destroying the monument and the ability to build it. Since you are playing with ET and i'm not familiar with it, there is many reasons it could happen, which include my own bad coding decisions. If you know how to make mods, then you can try to create single use decision to clear the global flag used to track if it was chosen by someone and then try to build it again, other than that, i don't know any possible solutions. I never used the save editor and that functionality may be also available there, but can't say sure

I've got a bug to report

Playing as Yamato -> Japan with the Extended timeline mod, though this hasn't caused problems before.
Build the [ministry of production] asap.
Some time later I go to move it to my capital and can't find it. I check the ledger of great projects and it says that it hasn't been built at all.
I save the game and use the [tech] console command to bring me from 7/7/7 tech to 8/8/8 and the [cash] command to check if I just forgot or something but when I activate the decision [ministry of production] is missing from the available options.

Is there a console command or something I could use to get it back?

@ChipopHQ Okay, keep in mind that ai also builds them and they can exist only in single example in all world

I have the original mod, I can see the decision, but I can't actually enact it.

@ChipopHQ Explain your issue further please. Do you have original mod? Can you see the decision itself? Can you enact it and open event with choice? Also i havent done anything with the mod for around half a year, recent patches could broke something, cant promise anything but i'll at least try to force myself to do something with it this week

I have met all of the requirements of building a generic monument. But I can't build a monument. Is there something I am doing wrong?

@Squad Lieutenant Jarod So, i updated both mods, changes won't help remove duplicats on currents saves, but, hopefully, will prevent whem from happening in future, but i'm not sure for this exact submod. With the original version it is a lot easier to control and debug most of the things, while for this it is tonns of situations in which ai can screw up somehow.
Thanks for the report btw, i'm not often receiving any feedback and, since i'm barely playing anymore, i can't see if something is wrong

@Squad Lieutenant Jarod "players cannot build the same monuments or go into the monument event/decision when another is in it"
-This is not bug, that thing is intended to prevent bugs
"my friend cannot build the grand bazaar but 2 AI's have it (one in india and one in rome)"
-This is a bug which was introduced when paradox added ability to destroy monuments, only one of them actually give bonuses
At least now i'm aware that second thing may happen and will look for way to fix this
