Report a translation problem
Beacons: The Beacon Pods don't have a behavior assigned. It seems that MES has some "cooldown" in that behavior too so it spawns them like crazy. But also they don't go anywhere.
My Current Fix: Go to steamapps\workshop\content\244850\2621567689\Data & open LECC-SpawnGroupMES.sbc in a text editor. Remove lines 1030 to 1069, or the entire LECC-Beacon-Pod-S-MK1 SpawnGgroup, idk if it works forever but after deleting all the beacon pods, they haven't returned.
Note: There might be a similar issue with defense drones, after their faction got mad at me for no reason they spawned like 12 defense drones, I might have to in-install at this rate.

I've had to remove it for now but will keep an eye out for an update.
If i'm not mistaken (from going to the mod file and browsing the file so I'm not sure)

As for the one who lose it's bits It didn't spawn yet so I've got no idea what the name would be to disable it...
Anyway for the people who want to check it seems to be in the mod folder: Data/LECC-SpawnGroupMES.sbc
folder path: data/scripts/modularencountersystems/spawning/manipulation
file: "armormodulereplacements"
you'll find two blocks of code "smallmodules.add" and "largemodules.add"
put "//" in front of each line you want turned off
