These missiles are outdated
use my newer and better missile instead - YG-M2

NOTE THAT DEVS BROKE MANY THINGS IN THE UPDATE
THE MISSILE MAY BE BROKEN NOW

YG-7 "Curse" Anti air missile

YG-7 is a radar-guided fire and forget anti-air missile which uses relative EPN guidance system. The missile is designed to hit very maneuverable and extremely fast moving air targets(static or slow targets too, of course). It can be used against air, ground and sea targets.

Changes compared to previous missile(YG-6)

- Warhead and customizable proximity fuze
- Greatly increased maneuverability
- Relative guidance system v2 - now the missile does not care about attack direction at all. It can easily track targets vertically.
- EPN guidance rule
- Relative LOS stabilization

- (Optionally) If you want to spectate a hit, you can watch built-in camera's video using video receiver on frequency 10. (Video turns on after launch)

How to use

Just place it on a hardpoint, aim at enemy and shoot(by sending launch signal to hardpoint).
There is a customizable launch booster delay(above main controller) so the missile will not hit your plane when launched.
It is recommended to set minimal delay for surface-to-air use.
Make sure there is no obstacles in missile's FOV that can be locked by radar(fallen trees, crates, barrels, other vehicles) and then you can launch the missile.

@pepefrog, I can't make good looking launchers sorry
I tried but they all look too bad to be posted on ws. I don't think it is a problem just to place the missile on the plane's free hardpoint. That's how I usually test my missiles

Hi man its been a month, plz release a launcher for this like the YG6 one or just transfer the YG7 onto the YG6 launcher, everytime i try transfering it to the yg6 it dont work

Also I am finishing 1x1(not including fins) SACLOS missile which is nearly as effective as this one

I am finishing a twice better missile than this one, but unfortunately I am very busy IRL so I have to wait when I have enough free time to play this game.

@ahzenfam, it may be because when you tested it, there were several targets in it's fov or the target had too much subgrids, so proximity fuze thought that target moves too fast relatively to missile per one tick when lock switched to another target.
If there are no such obstacles, missile works as expected.
You can fix it by setting fuze tick extrapolation to 0.
This occurred very rarely when I tested it so I thought it is not essential at all, but since you found it, ok, I'll fix thix case next week

the missile sometimes blows up randomly, when not even close to the target, or right after launch

He's only gone and done it. Damnmmmn boy it tracks. Yes I must prefix this with two memes for abilities some may consider unnatural. Ok I'll stop.

Another substantial improvement on previous generations. I should stop living in the stone age with cheaply modified gen 5 on most of my creations. (Just put four small warhead on each of the four corners. It fits in seamlessly with the gen 4/5 design. It will be set off by damage on impact.)

But have you ever thought of going bigger?
