BFE Weapon Sound Fixes(ish)

Description
Fixes some weapon sounds going quiet depending on where you look at, however, there MIGHT be a problem if you play multiplayer with this addon, haven't tried it myself. This also will work with sound replacer mods.
It's also compatible with NSKuber's Alt-Fire Weapons https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1697195872
Credits to Spy's Creed for help and PikaCommando telling me how to improve the thumbnail.

One issue: the weapon sounds won't be muffled underwater.

Maybe that's not a bug, but a feature? If you'll shoot into far object, sound will be more quet, than sound from nearer object. If you shoot in sky, there won't be any intersection with hard bodies, so echo is more queit.
