CAT - Zero Recoil v1

Description
Zero Recoil - v1
100% no recoil on hand guns.

Not intended for normal game play.
For no recoil in a normal game use one of these instead
CAT - Reduced Recoil (Reduced Weapons Recoil) (recormmended)
CAT - No Recoil (Reduced Weapons Recoil)

Made on request as a recording aid to give better control over chars shooting.

This should completely remove recoil from hand weapons.

Testing appears to work great for vanilla weapons. No recoil noticeable on vanilla pistols, rifles, or launchers.

NOTE TO ANY USERS LOOKING TO USE THIS WITH MODDED WEAPONS: in testing, this does not appear to change the recoil of weapons made by Doctor Octaganapus or NorthyPark. These will likely have to be made in a patch mod, so be mindful of that before saying it isn't reducing the recoil on modded weapons.

Just trying to save the mod author some time with this comment.
