More Propaganda Posters

Description
This is a fork of @BORO's Posters, Flags, Street Clocks (Workshop Item 2388118913) mod with 72 propaganda posters.

There are 32 unique large poster designs, 23 medium/small poster designs, 9 unique medium poster designs, and 5 unique small poster designs. Each building has 32 available posters to choose from.

Due to engine limitations, this mod and @BORO's mod do not share posters.
To use the posters in this mod, build one of the three 'More Propaganda Posters' buildings. You can safely install this mod alongside @BORO's mod.

Because of Steam Workshop limitations, this mod has been divided into sets, as below. Subscribing to this mod will prompt you to subscribe to all sets.

@zyx I think that is a good solution. Thank you!

@ Kai I have (more-or-less) copied the values from @ robs074 's monuments mod. The posters now cost more, and give the same bonus values as the closest comparable monuments from this other mod.

The lack of consistency among vanilla buildings (or a lack of clear reasoning) is a major source of frustration. I hope the devs eventually address this.

@zyx I agree with your assessment that the actual values are a difficult question. Perhaps a better suggestion would be to find a niche for the posters, since right now they are strictly better than the "small" vanilla alternatives.

@ Kai To be honest: when I created this mod, I had no idea what the reasonable values were, so I merely toned down the values set by BORO in his original mod. (Modding documentation for WR:SR being famously useless.)

But what the values ought to be is a difficult question. The vanilla monuments appear to have arbitrary and kinda nonsensical values, as shown in the below table.

@ Kai There appears to be no consistent measure for either a bonus-to-range proportion or a bonus-to-building-volume proportion. Some buildings are consistent, like the Large Soviet Emblem and Hammer and Sickle Monument. Maybe I'm bad at numerical analysis, but I can't see a pattern that includes all buildings. (The Red Star monument is particularly egregious, having both a range and bonus over twice that of the Hammer and Sickle Monument, but being less volumous and only slightly taller.)

In @ robs074 's Small Monuments (Workshop Item 2723573163) mod, we find monuments that have values which are at least internally consistent, but said values are still much higher than what you propose.
Zyx Abacab  [author] 15 Feb @ 11:29am
@ Kai I am of the opinion that building cost is an unimportant factor. The cost of materials for buildings like these (including recurring reconstruction) quickly becomes unimportant, even in small economies. The bonus given is much, much more important.

The values do need to be changed, but I don't know how to proceed. I need to think about it.

Most likely, I'll do some math on @ robs074 's values and go from there.
Kai 15 Feb @ 9:50am
This is one of the best mods on the workshop. Have you considered reducing the loyalty bonus? Right now, the poster is about 1/4 the cost of the cheapest vanilla monument but provides significantly more loyalty. Something like 65m distance and a .4-.6% bonus would make a little more sense.
Zyx Abacab  [author] 29 Jan @ 11:28am
@ Rouhmann Right?

You'd think that the developers would mention that skins work for both vehicles and buildings in the tutorials. Such as it is, the tutorials don't even explain how anything works; they kinda just tell you to do stuff blindly.
