Eccentric Shields Android Patch

Description
Patches Eccentric Tech shield belts to work with the battle droids from CHJees' android mod.
Also works with the advanced and archotech counterparts from androids expanded.

Ah, I forgot: Androids Expanded also got updated to 1.4 by someone else as a separate fork: Androids Expanded for RW 1.4

I see that Eccentric Tech - Advanced Shields has been updated to RimWorld 1.4. And while the old Androids {1.3 | Discontinued} seems to have been abandoned, there is now the Androids for RW 1.4 fork for RimWorld 1.4.

So... will this eventually get an update for 1.4?
