Obstruction - A short puzzle series

Obstruction is a short, two-part puzzle series originally created for a workshop collab that was recently delayed to an undefined point in the distant future. Because I was quite content with my contributions to that collab, the two puzzles, I decided to release their puzzlemaker versions ahead of time. So here they are! Please play them in the obvious, intended order of part one, then part two.
