Description
Current Game Version Compatibility: 1.11.* versions of the game. However, as I explain below, the mod should work on every version of the game. (Though depending on the version you're playing, the modifiers may not be fair/accurate)
For update of the mod to the current version of the game
I created this mod on the No Step Back Patch. Calibrated the modifiers to work at that patch and work collaboratively with Expert AI mod.

However, it has been a long time since the last time I overhauled/calibrated the mod. New modifiers have been added with the new DLCs and patches, and some changes have happened.

Thus, even though I designed the mod to work with almost every other mod in the workshop without conflict (by not touching anything the base game has), the mod may not work as intended with the new state of the game and may need re-calibration.

Additionally, it has been a really long time since last time I played the game or create mods for it. Nowadays, I only maintain my mods by updating their versions now and then. So, at this time, I do not have the time, nor do I want to do such an overhaul because I have become obsolete on Game Knowledge.

So;
  • The mod will work on almost every patch
  • The mod does what it is supposed to do
  • However, the modifiers you see may not be fair

TLDR: You can use this mod on newer versions of the game even though it says it is not compatible, BUT I cannot guarantee that the mod is fair/reasonable on newer versions. Use at your own discretion.
What does this mod?
Everything starts when Operation Barbarossa starts. The mod aims to make the eastern front more historical by adding national spirits and decisions (missions) to the major countries of this conflict.

Both countries get unique national spirits and decisions (missions) to conquer/defend important Soviet cities and to create the momentum mechanic; i.e., the German side has to break the Soviets early; otherwise, the Soviets get stronger, and it will be tough to push them.

Requirements for this mod to be activated
Some people might have problems activating the mod. Here are all the requirements that need to be fulfilled for the mod to be appropriately executed:
  • At some point before the War, Germany and the Soviet Union should have made a non-aggression pact. (This pact should last at least for a month -my code checks it monthly-)
  • Germany must start the War. (i.e., Germany has to attack the Soviets)
  • Germany must be fascist.
  • Soviets must be communist.
  • Year > 1941.1.1
Compatibility
I did not edit/change any vanilla game files in this mod, so it should be compatible with every mod. But one exception: I used vanilla state id numbers in my decision modding. This state-id connection is essential.

So, be careful about using mods that change the whole state structure. Example: Magna Europa Mod will be incompatible with this mod. The decisions may not work if you try to use both mods. Because the states recognized by my decisions will be different if you use those mods changing state structure. (IF the mod does not alter the state-id structure, it shouldn't be a problem.)

TLDR: The Mod should work on every patch, but cannot guarantee fairness of the mod. Don't know when there will be an update. Don't even know if there will ever be an update.

Thank you guys for your appreciation of the mod. I am really delighted to hear that. When I created the mod, I really put a lot of work into it, day and night, trying to calibrate and transform it into the best version. This mod was one of the most enjoyable mods that I have created. Both creating it and playing it were genuinely fascinating. I really enjoyed it so much.

However, over time, many updates have been published, and the game has changed/transformed considerably. Since I have not been playing the game for so long, I have lost track, and my knowledge of the current status of the game and modding is no longer up-to-date.

Therefore, even though part of me actually wants to put in hundreds of hours again just to update the mod that I enjoyed the most by both creating and playing it, at this point in my life, I sadly cannot.

Does the problem still persist?

If so; Do you satisfy all the conditions for the mod to get activated? (as specified in the description of the mod above)

IT should be fine as long as you satisfy all the conditions for the mod to start and do not try to use the mod on an existing save file (example: you play until 1941 on vanilla and then try to activate the mod, etc.).

Lastly, sorry for late reply, please inform me if the problem persist.
