[TFA][AT] INS2 QBZ-03

"QBZ-03 has a two-piece receiver largely made up of forged aluminum alloy with the stock, pistol grip, and handguards being made of a polymer compound.
Its design appears to be based on the cancelled Type 87 assault rifle, chambered in 5.8mm.

I ported this in the end of August, and left it in my addon folder for months, now I decide to share this to you guys because I got bored.
So here it is, my first SWEP, QBZ-03

Some issues:
No bullet in mag(As this is a mod from 2015, and I have no knowledge with editing models, I can't fix this)
Hand clips into handguard(Same as above, I don't know how to edit animations)
