Initial feedback on stats: seems extremly OP. Every one of the listed effects is already more powerful than most vanilla theme pieces have, and you have 3-4 per piece (or is Daygrasp supposed to take all hand and leg slots? does it allow to wield weapons then?).
Of course, if this is suppose to be OP, than go fot it. But if you want to produce something more balanced, it need to be seriuosly nerfed, for example by keeping only the interfuse ability for head slot or maybe like interfuse and +3 Charisma.
