by the way, your screenshot is upside down, isn't it?
The flaw lies still in the rebound/wobble and with limits set on the 2nd hinge it will just wreck the armor the landinggear sits on.
To circumvent this problem just place a small generator on the 2nd arm on both sides, this will help the arm/lift stop alot less abruptly making it a smoother experience.
Also you can still keep the powered rotors on the 2nd arm on unlimited settings so no need to fiddle =)
