[2025.x] More Officers on Board

Description
This mod raises the max. amount of recrutable Officers you can have on board to up to 12.


Use your reputation points to unlock the specific perks while in port by talking to your commander.

Use the console command "Reputation X"(X being the amount of points you want to get)
at the start of your campaign if you want a headstart.

My personal opinion:
Don't go over 9 Officers, since the UI could become cluttered with your Officers portraits.
Regardless of what number you ultimatively choose, you need to set up a good task/work schedule for your new crew members.


Not Savegame compatible!

Yes, the mod should still work.

Not save game compatible means, you have to start a new game for this mod to work.

What you basically do:
Start a new game, talk to the commander in port (the dude you pick up your missions from) then you choose the option to ask for favors and then you should see the different options to increase your officer limit.
You will need to have a few Reputation Points saved in order to be able to use these options.

Hope this answers your questions. It's just a super simple mod, so shouldn't be too complicated to use. :)


Just keep in mind: Start a new game. Otherwise the mod won't load.

I am a bit confused. Does this still work with the latest new game patch? (18) If so how do you use it? I saw nothing different with the leading officer. What does it mean it's not save game compatible? Thank you

Sorry guys, Didn't get notified about your comments.

Glad the mod seems to work with beta 2024.1 :)

I might update the version number, so it won't show up as "outdated" in the launcher, however, I prefer to wait for a few more days/weeks until the dev-patch-cycle calms down a bit. ;)
