TopHat's Rome (Romulus)

Adds the Roman Kingdom, led by Romulus, to the game as a custom civilization. The legendary founder of the city of Rome, Romulus was the first king of the city that would eventually be the center of a trans-Mediterranean empire. Requires Brave New World.

UNIQUE ABILITY: RAISED BY WOLVES

Clearing a Barbarian Encampment may cause the Capital to gain a Citizen. Cities are founded with Walls; when capturing a foreign city, its defensive buildings are not destroyed.

UNIQUE UNIT: CELERES

Replaces the Horseman. Stronger when beginning its turn near Barbarians. When killing a Barbarian unit, “stores” a Citizen, and will deposit that Citizen in the next City it enters.

UNIQUE BUILDING: ASYLUM

Replaces the Shrine. +7% Building Production. When a unit trained in a city with an Asylum captures a city, gain a Citizen in the city that trained that unit.
