Just a re upload of dresdens mod so it will be easier to access on steam

It increases tech turn time by 2. So in vanilla the very first tech is 2 turns but with this mod it makes it 4 turns to research. The only purpose of this mod is to balance out the tech time with a 4 turn per year mod. This also allows greater play time within each era of research.

it allows u to research various tech in 1 turn or smth?
