Description
This mod adds Fallen portraits from the Destiny games for Stellaris.

I hope the destiny mods get updated soon, they cause a blank pop up to constantly fire. Love your mods

I think the Devil Splicers civic would be better suited as an Origin. Giving your species a jumpstart on an ascension path is pretty strong.
