Description
Massive thanks to the original mod creators for both mods.

Changenotes:
Actually basically slimmed down IV file-wise. Do not run it with Idea Variation
All ideas kept default VN unless IV had new features (like humanist advisor recruitment)
Removed anything that looked country-specific or directly conflicting
except admin tech spaced out through the VN tech tree
AI will not take colonial ideas

now with one less bug?

Idk why, but dynastic idea can't go pass "Benign diplomats" (5' idea of the group)...
