HL1 Styled Weapon Movements + Satchel Charge Fix

These console commands adds HL1 styled movements for all weapons whether on Vanilla or custom animations.

This preset perfectly works with monitors with 60Hz refresh rate.

Works either with always running or manual running modes.

INSTALLATION:
Put first 4 command lines into your "autoexec.cfg" file (if you don't have that file - just create the .txt file and name it "autoexec", then change its extension from .txt to .cfg and place that file into "cfg" folder (located in bms/cfg), then put last 2 command lines into your "config.cfg" file (located in bms/cfg).
