Okay, so... this method of fixing the bug with the original mod proceeds to reset all bindings (plus settings????). Unsurprisingly, resetting them to default results in the keybind fix being unusable. Is it something I did?

Having the same problem as below, really pissing me off. It started breaking for me and I remove it, and then it just breaks even more and speeds up the bobbing so it looks like im running with a damn cartoon cane.

ok, i fixed it by doing all of the actual binding via console commands in the game itself instead of trying to manually edit the config.cfg file. for the autoexec.cfg file, i DID do that one manually and i put the four lines at the bottom of the file instead of the top, though i'm not sure if that was crucial or not, but it seems to work. thanks for your help taras!

@Vortexyz try to attach those commands to other keys that are not bind, not necessarily only numbers or letters, or swap your own commands that you already bind with those for faster access, for example if you have some commands that are on "1" or on "2" keys - rebind them to other keys (if you can of course).

for some reason as soon as I start the game, the bindings I created in the config.cfg file just disappear, as if they are not valid. can't get the satchel fix trick to work :-(

@Lettuce for that kind of mod you have to do it manually, just exactly as i described it above.
