Bear's Dedications Expanded

Description
An expansion of the Dedications system in Rise and Fall and Gathering Storm. Adds six new dedications, reduces the presence of each dedication and adds a Dark Age Compromise that grants a penalty in exchange for a small bonus (taken from the Dark Age policies, which are removed).

This mode requires Gathering Storm & Byzantium And Gaul DLC Pack.

Another note is that the Khmer and Indonesia Civilization Pack is required.

This is due to utilizing SubjectRequirementSetId 'UNIT_IS_RELIGIOUS_EMBARK_REQUIREMENT' in ExodusOfTheEvangelists.sql

@Gray Pockets this mod is currently unsupported (I have such a backlog) but will eventually when I have enough time get a huge update.

I fixed the mod so that it can load without the referenced/supported mods by editing the .modinfo file. I think Civ6 doesn't seem to be respecting the comma-separated criteria.

Replace these type of entries:

criteria="DEEP2_DRAMATIC_AGES, DEEP2_GRANDERAS"

With these kind:

<Criteria>DEEP2_DRAMATIC_AGES</Criteria>
<Criteria>DEEP2_GRANDERAS</Criteria>

How does this interact with civ expanded georgia's ability to use dark age policies in any age?
