You need to put those files in your addons folder:
Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons


This replaces all sounds for Striders for those used in Half-Life: Alyx, including firing, warp cannon, walking, legs stretching, stabbing, pain, death, & voice lines

Update (03/07/2022):
-Fixed voice lines being cut off by other sounds
-Added more voice lines
-Added new sound effects
-Edited old sounds to fit with the new ones
⠀-Don't forget to download the new script files for it to work properly

Update (30/01/2022):
-Changed minigun sound, directly taken from HLA
-Changed warp cannon charging sound to a slightly cooler one
-Removed the gap between every sounds & every voice lines; you will hear Striders talk way more often
