The latest updates may have messed some things up, I'll see once I come back to the game
There, I hope it helps, if you have any other question, don't hesitate
Put the folder called " HLA_Talking_Strider (03-07-2022) " in your addon folder
I completely forgot to update the picture, I'll do it right now, thx for reminding me
I took all the sounds from HLA that I could find, down to the mechanical sounds of legs stretching & creaking, I can't do better than how the mod is now
Stupid question but, are you sure you put them in the correct folder, not right before or after?
I could, but I think the firing sound is good as it is
I didn't do this on purpose, Steam is the one who doesn't allow txt files to be uploaded, ok?
Maybe I'll do a little update video, around 20~30s, they're still the same kind of sounds tho, so there's barely any changes
Thanks for bringing up the bug btw, I would've never found it myself
There were changes in how the Strider works & that means I have to redo the sound effects & voice lines, so I'll either upload it later or tomorrow
It didn't do that before so maybe one the recent gmod updates broke something
The sounds are being cut off by one another basically, and the only time I can hear the sounds fully are if I pause the game mid-play. I've been trying to see what exactly's causing the sounds to play so fast, but I've got no clue so far.
No idea, I've never had this happen before
What do you mean exactly by "too fast", are the voice lines sped up or are they just being cut off by another sound?
