Legions get Spear Throw

Description
As if Legions weren't strong enough as it is, this mod adds the Impi's "Spear Throw" promotion. According to redditor /u/ajaytech, post-marian reform Roman Legions would actually have two javelins (pila) that they would throw to break the shields and ranks of their enemies.

Well I majored in history and don't b... about my spelling im not american and am proud not one but javelins were used for breaking shields and skirmishes in all my studies I majored in Roman history the best and so this mod author is correct. But on the other note they were used also primarely for ambushes and major battles right when the enemy was close and were charging and they're deffences are down they'ed through those javelins and by doing so they could kill off 25% of the enemy.

Pila once thrown could not be pulled out and thrown back

@JEELEN, um yes, most javelins couldn't break through shields, which is why the roman's javelin or pilum was unique... IT COULD.

Does it carry over to the Longswordsmen ?

Actually, javelins weren't intended to 'break' shields, but to make them unusable. The javelin was a very weak spear, which would bend upon impact so it couldn't be thrown back. So this promotion is a wee bit OP.
