Alternatively speedrunner could leave all doors open when entering any room (except ofc mega satan door) so player could stay in uncleared rooms or skip them or something like that :)
Curse of greed is actively detrimental. Having it make all other items cost money would be a far more interesting rework.
Speedrunner is actively detrimental. There is no run where taking it results in victory as the health drain happens too fast to replenish. It's a never-take. Same with Full Leaf (which in itself, might need a new sprite) Rework required if you want people to take these items after the first time.
Blue Pill softlocks you out of Mausoleum/Ghena floors. Adding Lost properties for such a situation to compensate would be a good solution.
Teddy bear has a minimal effect. Rework Nessesary. Adding the same damage up against champion enemies would be an interesting rework.

I don't think it's the source of my crashing, but figured I should let you know about it anyway since it sounds like a line of code in your mod isn't executing properly or something :P
