Major cities are wood elf forest cities

Description
This makes all major cities wood elf forest cities, pretty simple, took forever to figure out how to do. But here it is.

I will be porting this one over to game 3 immediately, there are some minor bugs in this mod, some settlements with unique landmarks will also be treated as major cities, but will not have the ability to build beyond tier 1.

Faction capitols have special conditions which makes making tiers for them very difficult, so faction capitols will not be able to go beyond tier 1.

If you happen to spot a settlement that is a minor that is not supposed to have forest city buildings, please post it in the comments so I can fix it.

This also enables the player to start wherever they like if they use the "change starting location" mod.

Main settlement buildings and faction capitols effects are modified to not make the wood elves overpowered.

Nope settlements are a mess in the different maps so thats difficult

What does this do to the smaller cities? Does it incorporate the changes in your other mod?

Karaz a Karak has no building chain

the mod has now been updated, Karak kadrin will now act as a wood elf city
in my version bechafen and wolfenburg functioned propperly, so it might be a key issue, thus i've generated new keys (increased values) in the hopes of reducing mod infighting

Thanks for the update, it's really appreciated.
Just did a short trial run as Lord Daith and was able to demolish the buildings without any issues. Will do some further testing but so far it seems the crashing issue (for me at least) has been resolved.

alright guys, thanks so much for bringing the crashes to my attention
the problem lies thusly:
at some point when the crashes started, CA renamed some of the provinces:
yvresse, sartosa and konquata
therefore the mod used to crash as it still held the old names
I cleaned up the mod, no more wierd norscan settlements, now its just everything except norsca
if you find any major, un-unique major settlement (not altdorf etc.) that doesn't allow the forest buildings do tell
