I dont think you can merge them
in my version bechafen and wolfenburg functioned propperly, so it might be a key issue, thus i've generated new keys (increased values) in the hopes of reducing mod infighting

Just did a short trial run as Lord Daith and was able to demolish the buildings without any issues. Will do some further testing but so far it seems the crashing issue (for me at least) has been resolved.
the problem lies thusly:
at some point when the crashes started, CA renamed some of the provinces:
yvresse, sartosa and konquata
therefore the mod used to crash as it still held the old names
I cleaned up the mod, no more wierd norscan settlements, now its just everything except norsca
if you find any major, un-unique major settlement (not altdorf etc.) that doesn't allow the forest buildings do tell
they have a seperate settlement code
this is probably what causes the issues, I told the game that wood elves could build grove buildings in all norscan major settlements, but it doesn't seem to work
now I think the issue is that I can't go deep enough into the code with RPFM to solve this issue, meaning that I might have to purge everything relating to norscan major settlement development, which is what I'm going to test, I'll save a backup and you guys tell me if its better, sadly though if you had any norscan major settlements (that could only build the settlement building chain upgrade but nothing else) they will be reset to the tier 1 outpost

have you found which mod causes the crash, I'll see if I can reshuffle some unit keys, its often that garrison unit keys cause crashes, which is simply a dice roll in the hope that other don't use the same key codes. horrible modding code in my opinion
I'll wait for 50% off on game 3 before buying it.

I really hope the devs streamline their coding as its a maze of different tags and inconsistencies everywhere
I appologise for the fans, but I'm going to focus mainly on warhammer 3 when IE releases and hopefully the code is a lot cleaner by then
