Solaris Aerospace Engineering is a shipbuilding corporation focused mainly around light ships, fighters, and custom turrets. It's headquartered on Trelan, with a few facilities on other worlds and in space, along with a few that are... off the books. It's a relatively small manufacturer in the grand scheme of things, but an important one nonetheless.

S.A.E started off as a small private yard on Trelan making fighters, but eventually grew to have yards on various planets, and in space. Ships officially manufactured by SAE are reliable and easily modifiable, making them favorites for just about everyone. At the same time, that last point means that occasionally the company draws the ire of the law, hence the aformentioned facilities off the books.


These ships use DLC, spawning them in without owning them may cause loss of pressurization and functionality. All planets used in the screenshots are by Major Jon. Also, some of these ships were built for creative use only, and are next to impossible to use in survival (it will be mentioned in the description of that specific ship).
