Description
List of Fixes to the HUD:
  • Incap panels textures reworked
    for the same positions to healthbars etc.
    as the normal state panels
    and synced with teammatepanel.
    In addition, in the DOWN state IDLE label
    now in the same position as in the normal state;

  • Fixed Localplayerdispay to view the texture
    of splatter in the bottom of incap panel;

  • Fixed Localplayerpanel_incap healthbar's texture view
    to center with stretching it with background to fit the healthbar's place;

  • Fixed Healthbar_bg's and progressbar fill
    to better fit the elements of HUD;

  • Fixed Infected Ability Charge background
    Splatter collusion with Infected_healthbar_bg's;

  • Fixed the collusion of digits with medal icon
    for big Survival records (upper 100 min.)
    in the Survival/VS Survival scoreboards
    with reworked alignment from west to east;

  • Fixed the collusion of text and digits of
    Infected Player Score by editing the position
    and alignment of it from west to east and
    with correction of Infected Player's nickname
    width in Versus type of modes;

  • Fixed the collusion of
    "Move closer to the Survivors" text with
    button's icon by edited positions for it;

  • Made more centered text of voting options
    descriptions for voting panel and fixed
    "NoBackground_Selected" wide
    for non-english version;

  • Added to "End game voting panel" view
    icons for VS Survival and Mutation modes
    and fixed text of Votebars to more centered.
    For non-english versions made voting options
    descriptions lines more wider to fit the text,
    and fixed Splatters of panel;

  • Restored the centering of the Embedded Versus Mode Scoreboard
    "Your Team" and "Enemy Team" lines with the Score Digits at the Top;

  • Restored the centering of the Versus Mode Scores line
    and the parallelism of the score areas of the Enemy Team
    in relation to the score of Your Team
    at the general Versus Mode Scoreboard of the chapter;

  • Fixed location of the line Versus Mode Scores
    at the Versus Mode Results of the chapter
    from the left edge to the center of the Scoreboard
    (English and Russian only);

  • Fixed cut nicknames at the bottom
    on teammate panel for Survivor/Infected
    and on progress bar (Russian only);

  • Fixed Scavenge timer background
    to fit better the digits and text
    (Russian only);

  • Fixed cut text and view of it on
    Survival/VS Survival type of modes timer
    and for scoreboards of Scavenge type of modes
    (Russian only);

  • Restored view of
    Versus Mode Scores line's font
    at the general Versus Mode Scoreboard of the chapter
    (Russian only);

  • Fixed the location of the numbers of the Score,
    as well as increased the size of the cells
    of the Scores in height, and restored
    the centering of the Result Explanation line
    at the Versus Mode Results (Russian only);

  • Fixed the alignment of
    "Join this server's Steam Group..."
    text with reworked position values and alignment
    in the information about server in-game menu
    (Russian only).

These fixes will work only on local/custom server
with allowing addons to use.


For local server you can unlock that in the file by the path:
Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\cfg\addonconfig.cfg
by changing with text editor
all of the values in it to 0,
so it will look like::

Yep, mine are original, for vanilla, and they have different enlarged frames and brought to a single standard, which was not in vanilla. That's the difference. I didn't try to improve them in terms of detail. Just an improvement in terms of a single standard, without violating the HUD framework.

I can't do that, because of new sizes of outer frames for it to fit better some HUD elements. I guess, with Steam Beta for now, you can make easily a needed order of loaded Workshop Works, then you can place my work under UI Complete Fix in Game Properties/Workshop Items section and everything will work fine, if you want to save the part of corrections what done in UI Complete Fix addon.

Sorry, I didn't work with that kind of hud, and I don't have a plans to do such a thing for now.
