*** This mod requires the Social Engineering expansion pack. Loading this mod without Social Engineering, causes the game to crash. ***

Adds effects to policies in the Social Engineering pack. Adds one policy (Bike Lanes) and one situation (Cycling).

Complexity: ++ (Slightly higher)
Difficulty: ~ (Similar)

Bicycle lanes should annoy motorists. They would be unhappy at effectively subsidising something they never use, and taking space on roads. And, instead of directly reducing traffic congestion, how about it reduces car usage instead?

I favorited because I think the idea is great, but it crashes the game! (I tried uninstalling all other mods, doesn't work).

I just tested it out (expansion pack installed), and I received an insta-CTD upon trying to load or start a new game.
