Bicycle lanes should annoy motorists. They would be unhappy at effectively subsidising something they never use, and taking space on roads. And, instead of directly reducing traffic congestion, how about it reduces car usage instead?

I favorited because I think the idea is great, but it crashes the game! (I tried uninstalling all other mods, doesn't work).

I just tested it out (expansion pack installed), and I received an insta-CTD upon trying to load or start a new game.

Cycling does not affect health by default. The reasoning that the health benefits from exercise cancels out the unhealth from injuries. Bicycle lanes improve health, since they decrease the accidents.

I think cycling should stagnate health because, while it does provide exorcise, people can fall off and get hit, lowering their health.

I have the expansion. Now I can't play a game past 1st turn, even after disabling this mod. Removing all mods and reinstalling to see if that'll fix it.

Maybe I forgot to state the obvious: This mod requires Social Engineering.

Have tried this mod, it unfortunately doesn't work. I've other mods too but I disabled them all and found which one it didn't like... this one. I think there's a conflict in the script somewhere. If you try it you will (like I) have your game crash after first turn with "democracy3.exe not running" etc.
