courts for everyone fix

Description
An attempt of Fixing that with courts for dukes/counts and tribal government will lead to every ruler changing their languages to one that doesn't make sence for their realm, only because they want the highest grandeur.

(doesn't add courts for dukes/counts/tribal on its own)

I now created a version with which AIs should only choose their native language for their court.
If you want that use this

@stoutcrow I think it should, because I haven't read about any update that changes something that is related to the file this mod edits. But I haven't tested it for a while. If you have issues while using this mod, tell me and I'll test it.

does this still work?

Oh, I really subscribed to that last one. I had overlooked that, thank you for the tip :)

@PhazezGove well it still changes the way AI courts choose there court language. I don't think the game devs did change anything regarding that, so if you play with royal courts for dukes/counts/tribal and you don't use another fix you can still use it, if you use another fix (e. g. the one I linked in the description) you probably don't need this one.

Is the mod still needed at all?

@RayRay6Feet6Inches I think you got to load this mod after them (put this below them)

I noticed some court mods have added their own fixes but, I would prefer to use your fix... So what would the load order be to override theirs with your mod?

@Cleric should be fixed, it's just what happens if you forget one "}" in code

saw this checking logs, not sure you need those lines anyway, couldn't you change the previous two values?
