Realistic settlement names

Description
When Divide and Impera switched to the other map, it named some of the settlements what they would have been on the old map, even if those settlements were in completely different places on the new map. For instance Taras is on the inner side of the 'italian shoe' not the outside pointing towards greece. I rather have settlements named in a way that's slightly outside the timeframe than to have them in completely wrong places. Since we can't move settlements, this mod renames them to ones that were actually in those places, even if those settlements might not at the time have been the biggest ones in that area or were only renamed a few years later.
For instance, Carthago Nova was named such by Hannibal, which is within the early part of the grand campaign timeframe, so having it named "Mastia" until well into the lorica segmentata era is more unrealistic than just going with the later name a little early. Think of it as the spirit of those towns being in that area a few years before they are actually named such.
Cities like Londinium, that were not around until hundreds of years later, are not changed.

Settlements with complicated 'native' names are changed to their english variants, like Carthago instead of "Quart Hadasht". But most are left the way they made it in DeI, because I don't know any better. I'm no geography expert and it takes a long time to research the historicity of settlement names. So leave a comment if you recognize more that should be changed, and I will correct them in this mod. Particularly if cities are named something that was in a completely different place than where they are on the map. Alabu comes to mind, which they put at the bottom of the cimbri peninsula, when it was really a coastal town in the north of it. That's like putting Los Angeles on the east coast of a US map.

Think people will appreciate changing Seleukia to Babylon, that way it is more secualr of whether a hellenic or persian factions owns it.
