This mod is an add on for Unique Loot Drops,

It adds back some of the world drops that were removed for those that want them. With this add on items can be obtained from Lucky Charm, at level 5+, appear in the inventory of some of the game vendors and also as quest rewards.

Updates 2.22.2022
- Changed mod from story to add on so it should actually work now.

Dereviashkin: That is certainly unexpected behavior. And I did not see this when I played.

Is it possible you turned up the drop rate in the mod menu to be very high?

after this mod ALL mobs drops unique item
