Vietnam at war - this is a modification for Men of War: Assault Squad 2 that offers a unique and authentic experience, immersing players in the dramatic events of the Vietnam War. The game combines a realistic combat system, advanced tactics, and a detailed recreation of historical events.

In Vietnam at War, players can build fortifications, trenches, and supply depots using a new construction system, adapting their positions to various combat conditions. The injury and medic system adds depth, requiring players to carefully manage the health of their units.

Helicopters play a vital role in strategy, autonomously deploying infantry and delivering airstrikes. Air support and artillery bombardments become crucial tactical elements, offering players numerous options to influence the course of battles both in single-player and multiplayer modes.

The environment also plays a significant role: gas exposure, traps, and mosquitoes can trigger panic attacks among soldiers, forcing players to consider all external factors on the battlefield. A multitude of new authentic buildings and objects, including a highly detailed recreation of the city of Hue based on maps and photographs, brings even more realism to every corner of the game world.

Hundreds of unique units and eight factions allow players to experience various styles of warfare, while the recreated historical events and battles provide a unique sense of presence in this pivotal conflict of the 20th century.

Vietnam at War is more than just a mod — it's a genuine reconstruction of intense and brutal battles, where every decision can change the outcome of the fight.
