I gotta say, i love your builds, but why did you use W/S for the throttle?

No. The throttle is controlled by W/S, you might reducing it yourself

do you have a throttle hold?. because every time i take off the engines shut off.

It's AD + arrow buttons for axis control. They're all labeled
