No cognomina - Vanilla version

Roman family members have two names, like in Rome Total War. I find this much less confusing, as the three names are sometimes omitted or written in different orders by the game. Finally I can keep track of generals and they are more personal. Also, the game doesn't seem to give kids the third name of their parents, so now you have kids named like their fathers.

As there seemed to be no other way to do this than to make the names show up blank in the text localization, the game will only show first names in the family tree and battles, where the second name gets omitted by the game. Awarded extra names like "Germanicus" will show up after a double space.
It was necessary to copy the entire table, so it won't be compatible with other mods that change names.loc.

This is for vanilla. It'll work with other conversions but won't change some of the names. There is also a Divide et Impera version in my workshop. This is an adaptation of the Divide et Impera version, so it wasn't really tested. It just removes the DeI tables.
