So, about government rivalries, I added a little twist here.
- Empires with Noble Commonwealth will be tolerant of all other forms of government, just like empires with earlier governments.
- Empires with Absolutism will have the same intolerance for other governments as empires with modern ideologies do.
- Empires with Revolutionary Republic though... they will absolutely *hate* other governments. Their intolerance for other government forms is twice as high.
Also, do the new Governments allow you to wage earlier ideological wars from having differing governments or do you still have to wait until the Atomic Era for the proper Ideologies?
Only to find out you already include it! On purpose or a mistake, thought I'd report it. Deffo something I'm gonna keep in for myself but ya, thought I'd let you know:
