Description
Divide et Impera version of the 1 million line-of-sight spy by Peter. The table this mod overwrites is different in DeI 1.3, so all agents would have changed attributes because of it.
These seems to be an official version of this, just not sure if it was updated.
And I guess it only matters if you leave it turned on. But it is savegame compatible and you can turn it on and off during a campaign.
